OUR TRAVELOGUE

Danielle’s birthday party was a ravioli- making event.  She invited a group of her friends, from a variety of European nationalities, with Angie sharing her Italian grandmother’s recipe.  André and I made the spinach, ground beef, ricotta, and parmesan filling, while Danielle and her friends learned the fine art of making the dough and turning it into tasty ravioli.  Then, it was time for the birthday feast!
