We were enjoying the colorful mosaics from the House of Dionysos, the largest and best known of the houses at the Pafos Mosaics.  Suddenly, three busloads of Italian tourists came thundering in, one after the other.  The tour guides rounded up their charges and began their commentaries, as the Italians pushed and jostled for a coveted photo.  We avoided them as best we could, and happily continued admiring the mosaics on our own, taking as much time as we wanted!
